Shipping Policy

We're pleased to offer ShipAid, an optional, small percentage added to your cart to help us to cover the cost to refund or replace your order in case your order is lost or stolen while making its way from us to you.

By purchasing ShipAid with your order you can rest easy with the confidence your order will get to you no matter what incidents happen along the way.

*At this time, we are unable to reship or refund orders that are lost or damaged without ShipAid coverage.

We currently only ship within the US or Canada via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Shipping is calculated in real-time at checkout, based on the shipping destination and package size for orders under $45. For orders over $45 USD shipping within the US, after any coupons or discounts are applied, are shipped for free. You will be emailed a tracking code when your order ships. Deliveries typically take 1-4 business days, depending on the destination. At this time we are unable to offer free shipping to Canadian addresses.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds on Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@valuemaxproducts.com and send your item to: 400 Jay Street Coldwater Michigan US 49036.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 400 Jay Street Coldwater Michigan US 49036

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
