Shipping Policy

We're pleased to offer ShipAid, an optional, small percentage added to your cart to help us to cover the cost to refund or replace your order in case your order is lost or stolen while making its way from us to you.

By purchasing ShipAid with your order you can rest easy with the confidence your order will get to you no matter what incidents happen along the way.

*At this time, we are unable to reship or refund orders that are lost or damaged without ShipAid coverage.

We currently only ship within the US or Canada via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Shipping is calculated in real-time at checkout, based on the shipping destination and package size for orders under $45. For orders over $45 USD, after any coupons or discounts are applied, are shipped for free. You will be emailed a tracking code when your order ships. Deliveries typically take 1-4 business days, depending on the destination.

We will gladly accept returns of new, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to us within the 30-day timeframe and send the product back with your own shipping label and we will refund your order as soon as we receive the product.
